Conservatory

To the rear of this Grade II listed building is a beautifully light and sunny little conservatory that can be hired for semi exclusive parties of up to 60 people. The main room looks out over the pretty courtyard garden and is flanked by two tabled cubbyholes on each side. This room is ideal if you are looking for somewhere during the day especially during the summer months when you can throw open the garden doors and let the room fill with the scent of flowers.

Conservatory	60 standing or 40 seated on separate tables.
Costs and General Info	No hire fee but a £100 deposit must be paid in advance for parties of over 25 people on Fridays and Saturdays.
	Bookings no later than 7pm. Deposit refundable based on filling the room within 45mins of the reservation time.
	Access to the garden for the whole pub, is through the conservatory,  other customers must be allowed to pass through the room to reach it.
Food	We can cater for approx 30 people for a sit down dinner. We also offer Buffets and Canapés options.
	Buffet and Canapes must be ordered in advance, bar snacks and restaurant menu can be ordered on the night.
	We do not allow outside catering apart from wedding or birthday cakes to be brought into the building.
Drinks	You are welcome to order at the bar on arrival, or pre-order any reception drinks in advance.
Decoration	You are welcome to decorate, but the room is already really pretty, so you may not want to! We do not allow the use of Sellotape
Entertainment	Connector for iPod, Laptop or Decks (equipment not supplied) but playlist / music style must be agreed beforehand. Space for acoustic bands up to three piece.
Timings	The Room is available while the pub is open.
	No under 18s allowed after 7pm.
Access	The Conservatory is accessed through the pub, up a step at the main door. The garden is shared so expect to see people passing through the room to reach it. Please let us know in advance if you will need the disabled toilet and wheelchair ramp.
